Meet Our Team

Dr Joe Relich Head, Academic Recruitment Joe is an academic and administrator with 30+ years of experience in the tertiary sector in Australia. He is a BSc graduate from Concordia University, Montreal Canada and holds a Dip Education (Notre Dame, BC, Canada) and a PhD (The University of Sydney). He has held academic positions at various institutions including the University of Sydney, Macquarie University, Australian Catholic University (ACU) and the University of Western Sydney (UWS). At UWS, Joe was also the Director of the International Office at the latter stages of his career and prior to his retirement in 2005. Joe has also managed his own consultancy business, Relcan Educational Consultants, which has successfully negotiated articulation arrangements on behalf of Australian Universities with over 30 Canadian tertiary institutions.

Lily Nyamwasa Founder, Consultant Lily has broad academic and commercial experience. Lily previously has been engaged by accessUTS ( a commercial arm of the University of Technology, Sydney) to coordinate commercial projects run through accessUTS. Lily's role was to assess academic expertise and to promote this expertise in the areas of expert opinion, consultancy and offshore training to corporate and government agencies. Lily founded 2edu in 2005 placing over 70 Academics in the first year of operations. Lily is also actively interested in charity work and founded ROAR charity which provides assistance to Orphans and disadvantaged children created through the Rwandan genocide, the country of her birth, to attend school. With her diverse interests and being a mother Lily continues to work with 2edu on a consultancy basis.

Karmele Costas Senior Researcher Karmele joined us an office administrator and quickly gained promotion due to her outstanding analytical and research skills to becoming a Senior Researcher. She has an intimate knowledge of our extensive database and is a valuable member of the team when matching the right candidate to a position

Matthew Meszaros Non Exectuvie Director Matthew is also Director of our successful sister agency 2IT which focusses on the Information Technology sector. In 2009 it was awarded a listing in BRW Magazines Fast Starters as one of the Fastest growing companies in Australia. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Technology Park Innovations and the Australian Computer Society and is actively involved in a number of technology commercialisation projects.

David Clarke Non Executive Director David is also Director of 2IT our sister agency in the Information Technology sector. In 2009 it was awarded a listing in BRW Magazines Fast Starters as one of the Fastest growing companies in Australia. Experienced in starting and developing new businesses, David has a very strong professional network of industry contacts. David is passionate about people and career development and mentoring individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals.
