How does your recruitment process work?
Step 1: Understanding the position
Understanding the position you are trying to fill and where it fits in the organisation and your team dynamics are the key to our success to find an ideal candidate for the role. Upon acceptance of our Terms & Conditions, 2edu will meet with our client to discuss the role in details: understand what the job entails, why the job is available, how the job fits into the organisation and who the role reports to.
Step 2: Searching for candidates
Upon the agreement of roles specifics and candidates profile, 2edu starts searching for an ideal candidate for the position. Important milestones include:
- matching positions to people on the basis of their particular qualifications, experiences, values and behavioral attributes,
- reference checks on finding the potential candidates,
- delivering to the client a list of short listed candidates and their resumes,
- discussion with the client the attributes of the presented candidates,
- the client advising which candidates they would like to interview, How long does the recruitment process normally take?
Step 3: Letter of Offer
The client sends a letter of offer to our consultant who arranges with the candidate for a sign off on the contract.
Step 4: Invoicing and Payment processes
2edu invoices the client once the candidate has accepted and signed the offer.
How long does the recruitment process normally take?
We work with the client to determine the urgency of filling the position. We will work on our clients' timeline but we usually propose a timeline of up to 8 weeks to fill the position.
What is your cost structure and what does it cover?
Permanent positions
2edu charges permanent recruitment fees for locating, interviewing, screening, and pre-selecting candidates for permanent employment positions. Fees are calculated as a percentage of the annual salary package, in package bonuses and superannuation, Bonuses, and Car Allowance (if applicable).
Sessional lecturer
Sessional lecturers fees are calculated based on level of academic required . Please contact 2edu to receive our quote.
