FAQ

What is the process of applying for a job through 2edu?

  • You submit your CV electronically through job board or our website, or you could send through your CV directly to our resume@2edu.com.au
  • You can also have a private conversation with one of our consultants before you decide to make an official application.
  • Once you submit your CV, our consultant will go through the screening process and those who are short listed will be contacted, first to conduct a short phone interview and then if you are both happy to progress to the next level, schedule a face to face interview.
  • After the interview, if the consultant feels that your qualifications and experiences are suitable to the position, he/she will send your CV to our client. Our client will decide whether they want to interview you or not.
  • The 2edu consultant will then call back to give you feedback. If the feedback is positive, the consultant will organize an interview with the client on your behalf. Sometimes the client will request a second interview or they will ask 2edu to conduct reference check.
  • Provided all the reference checks are positive, 2edu can then negotiate the terms of employment with the client on your behalf. The client will write a letter of offer and 2edu will ensure that you read and sign the offer which will be sent back to the client.
  • Once the you resume your new position, 2edu will follow up with a phone call to see how you have settled into your new role.
